We teamed up with our friends at Bottlecraft in San Diego to come up with this tropical tart ale brewed with pineapple, lime, coconut, and vanilla. Brewed in honor of Samson, Bottlecraft Little Italy's resident shop dog. Surf's up!

A coffee blonde ale made for Isaac's Room. Grain was donated from Prairie Malt and the coffee from Sister's Coffee Company. Gold in color with a medium body. Chai spice on the nose with hints of espresso and chocolate.

For Tomorrow We Die and Old Standby Brewing did the thing and collaborated on this wonderfully smooth, vibrant and hoppy IPA. With ingredients donated by Linc malts, Yakima Valley Hops and Imperial Yeast, we brewed this beer in honor and remembrance of Chad Casady - fellow beer lover, dreamer, visionary and the founder of Angel's Share Barrel House. This beer has lush notes of peach, tropical fruit, citrus zest and pine. Logans are generally one of the first berries of the season, and can't be picked with a machine as they are too delicate and soft. The quintessential berry flavor, this cider is well balanced and semi-dry with the sweetness from the Logans coming out from start to finish.

Schatzie is a German term of endearment. It was also the brewer's beloved black lab, a true beer-hound! This crisp, light-bodied and malty German Pilsner is a tribute to "Schatzie Pup".
